Money questions
The small print, in plain English.
How much is the deposit?
£400 per service secures your date – £400 for film, £400 for photo. The balance can be spread in flexible instalments before the wedding.
Do you charge for travel?
The first hour of travel each way is included. After that it’s £100 for each extra hour started, each way.
Are your prices VAT inclusive?
Yes – every price on our website includes VAT. Our VAT number is GB 424167313.
Do you offer half-day coverage?
Yes – for smaller weddings, elopements and ceremony-plus-celebration days. Tell us your plans and we’ll put a price together.
Is there any flexibility for midweek or winter weddings?
Sometimes. Weekday and quieter-season dates can have a little more room – just mention it when you check your date.
Can we pay by card?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
